Marc Weller, President of Sagamore Development. Sagamore is the real estate development arm of Under Armour CEO Kevin Plank. Weller spoke about the huge project currently being developed in Baltimore's Port Covington. Under Armour, Inc. is an American sports clothing and accessories company. The company is a supplier of sportswear and casual apparel. Under Armour began offering footwear in 2006. Historically a railroad terminal in Baltimore. Weller spoke about the team's vision for a more modernized Port Covington.
